Address details and changes

Provide a complete delivery address and a reachable contact number when arranging supply. Tell us about any correction or change as soon as possible. Changes after dispatch may depend on the transport provider and may involve additional charges, which should be discussed with you.

Receiving a consignment

Check the consignment when it arrives. If goods appear damaged, missing or different from the confirmed arrangement, contact Monova Fashion promptly with the transaction reference and details of the issue. Photographs of the goods and packaging can help us assess the concern.
